Emergia present at the TecnoInternet 2001

Emergia present at the TecnoInternet 2001: II International Fair and Electronic Commerce and Internet Development Conference.

The Second Annual TecnoInternet 2001 was held on June 21 through 23, in Casapiedra, one of the most important venues in Chile.

During the exposition, cutting edge technological advances, high-tech products, an array of Internet services, e-commerce services and telecommunications services were exhibited in over 80 booths. The summit participants included various governmental dignitaries from Mexico, Brazil and Chile.

Emergia, as the official exhibitor of the Fair, made its mark as a facilitator of technological development in Latin America, with a corporate booth highlighting Emergia being the first fully operational broadband network in Latin America. Many attendees expressed great interest in Emergia's ability to reach its goals and objectives.

During the exposition, Mr. Carlos Cruz Lorenzen, Minister of Public Works, Transportation and Telecommunications among various important country officials.
